No matter how hard you try, you will always fail when it comes to certain goals. While we need to go into our goal setting with an optimistic attitude, we also have to be realistic about the obstacles we will potentially face, and what we are going to do when we fail to reach our goal. In this episode, I discuss some of the ways we sabotage our goals and some of the factors that make it more likely for us to fail. Most importantly, I share what you can do about it so you are better equipped when you get back on the horse, or move towards another goal!
