We strive for a lot of things in life; money, performance, a better body, good grades, but we aren't striving for one of the most important aspects of health-peace with our bodies. If we want to be healthy mentally, and have a good relationship with our body, we need to strive for peace within ourselves, not solely the external aspects. This is a "catch up" episode where I go over where I'm at in my HA recovery and why striving to make peace with your body should be your top priority.
