With all the information we have at our finger tips, we are becoming more and more aware of what we eat and how much we exercise. While this awareness can be a great thing, it can also foster an unhealthy relationship towards food and the way we exercise if we aren't getting our information from the right sources. Today I discuss the unhealthy links that so many people have between how much/what they eat and how much exercise they do. I also talk about the new proposed PACE labelling system that may be implemented on nutrition labels and how detrimental that could be to our mental health and our relationship with exercise.
